TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note
- The cottage is to let on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
- Arrival time is from 2.30pm onwards. Departure by 10am sharp please.
- We regret no pets allowed.
- We regret smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cottage.
- Duvets & Pillows are provided but guests are required to bring their own bed linen & towels. Bed linen can be hired from Three Sheets To The Wind.
- Vehicles should not be left at the front of the cottage except for unloading/loading at the start and finish of holiday.
- A parking permit is supplied for the car park for one car.
- A 20% deposit is required with booking. Balance to be paid 1 month before holiday.
- The Cottage is let on an up to 4 person sharing basis with a £50 pppw surcharge for five/six (maximum).
